  Points from an order are added only when the order status becomes Delivered — not when you place it. Cancelled orders never earn points.

• 12-month validity

  Each earning lot expires 12 months after it was earned. Earn any new points and the oldest remaining lot’s expiry is extended.

• Redeem at checkout

  Use points before payment. They apply to product subtotal only — not delivery or service fees.

  Worth Rs. 50 · Once per account, after phone/email verification.

• First delivered order

  10,000 pts

  Worth Rs. 100 · Stacks with base earn points on that order.

• Birthday

  10,000 pts

  Worth Rs. 100 · Once per calendar year on your birthday.

• • Minimum redemption: 10,000 points (Rs. 100 off)
• • Maximum per order: 50% of the order subtotal (or your full balance, whichever is smaller)
